Roberta Sferrazzo is assistant professor of management at Audencia Business School (Nantes, France). Her research background navigates between critical and ethical perspectives applied to the fields of Organization Studies and Management. She is also investigating the connections between business ethics and new forms of work organization. She is author of several articles published in international journals, such as Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Management Studies and Work, Employment and Society.
