Sophie Hennekam est professeure en comportement organisationnel, et experte des questions de gestion de la diversité. Grâce à sa formation en psychologie, elle mène des recherches sur de nombreux sujets, notamment sur les minorités et populations stigmatisées au sein des organisations, le travail précaire, les transitions identitaires et la main-d'œuvre créative. Elle collabore étroitement avec des partenaires de l'industrie pour s'attaquer à ces problèmes urgents pour les organisations. Elle a publié dans un large éventail de revues telles que le Journal of Applied Psychology, Human Relations, Journal of Vocational Behavior et Human Resource Management Journal. Elle a également publié des articles dans les médias suivants : Harvard Business Review France, E-Marketing, Focus RH ou encore The Conversation.
